Tracking Information

Incorrect Addresses

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once an order is handed off to the carrier, The Terp Exchange is not responsible for:

If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be found, please contact the shipping carrier directly.

Returned Packages

If a package is returned to us due to:
